Dorms are rooms you share with other customers.  You rent per bed, not per room.

Some dorms come with a private (not shared) bathroom and/or a shower inside the dorm.

Groups must book full dorms (all the beds in dorms) so they do not share the dorms with others.

Properties with dorms may also offer lockers or safety deposit boxes to keep your valuables and personal belongings safe.
